Welcome to Made by Dale - www.madebydale.co.uk - By accessing or using this website and my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
 

  • I provide freelance design services including (but not limited to) branding, print design, web design, social media graphics, and related creative consultancy. Each project is agreed in writing with a defined scope, deliverables, and timelines.


2. Project Process
 

  • Work begins once a project agreement or proposal is accepted.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and assets required for the project.

  • Delays in receiving materials may affect agreed timelines.
     

3. Revisions
 

  • Unless otherwise specified, projects include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.


4. Payment Terms
 

  • Payment structure (deposit, milestone payments, or full upfront) will be outlined in the project agreement.

  • All invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue.

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
     

5. Intellectual Property
 

  • Final, approved design files are transferred to the client once full payment is received.

  • Until payment is made, all designs remain my property.

  • I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
     

6. Use of Designs
 

  • Clients may use the final designs for agreed purposes only. Resale, redistribution, or modification by third parties is not permitted without prior consent.


7. Liability

I take care to ensure all work is original and fit for purpose. However, I am not liable for:
 

  • Any loss or damage caused by the use of delivered designs.

  • Issues arising from third-party printing, hosting, or platform services.
     

8. Cancellations & Refunds
 

  • If a project is cancelled before completion, payment will be due for work already carried out.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
     

9. Governing Law
 

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
