Logo Design

I was commissioned to design a logo for an industrial recruitment company, with the requirement to incorporate four symbolic elements. To reflect diversity and inclusivity, I used geometric shapes and primary colours, creating a balanced mark that subtly represents both masculine and feminine forms. The final logo was designed to be bold, scalable, and versatile for use across digital and print applications.

TYPOGRAPHY

Typography

The original typography lacked the modern and professional feel the brand needed. To strengthen the overall identity, I selected Poppins as the primary typeface due to its bold, clean, and geometric appearance. Its balanced letterforms complement the shape-based logo system while improving readability across both digital and print applications.

COLOUR PALETTE

Colour Palette

To create a strong and engaging visual identity, I selected orange, yellow, blue, and dark green as the core brand colours. These colours were chosen to represent diversity within the recruitment brand’s goals and values while creating a vibrant and approachable appearance. The palette also complements the geometric shapes used throughout the logo, helping to create a cohesive and balanced identity system.

Employee Recruitment PDF Form

The original recruitment process lacked a professional and efficient way for applicants to submit their information digitally. To improve this, I designed an editable  PDF form that you can save and that allows recruits to complete their application electronically and submit it directly via email. The form was created to provide a more accessible, organised, and user-friendly experience for both applicants and recruiters.
